Got an invite from the wifey's firm to attend this bash tomorrow. You'd think an event honoring the Red Sox foundation might find a way to schedule it sometime NOT DURING GAME 6 OF THE ALCS. I assume there will be score updates. and hey, free food!

UPDATE: oops, turns out I was looking at the 2005 edition. The 2007 ball is honoring the much more staid president of the Boston Chamber of Commerce. Still, this is Boston, after all, home of the insane Sox fan.
