MLK, RIP

A couple days late, but worth commemorating what would have been Martin Luther King, Jr.'s 80th birthday.

Here's a link to a historian's thoughts that struggle valiantly against the stream of popular history that paints King as a safe, moderate, preacher, ignoring his later radicalism (against Vietnam and poverty)...to say nothing of his various personal indiscretions.
